Hidetaka Murata Hidetaka Murata
Hidetaka joined Dream Incubator in 2002 and has since played a leading role in shaping the firm's growth and investment activities. Drawing on extensive experience as a strategy consultant, he has advised clients across the financial services, healthcare, and consumer sectors, while supporting numerous high-growth ventures through successful IPOs.
Throughout his tenure, Hidetaka has led the expansion of DI's investment fund business in Asia, established its M&A advisory capabilities, and driven the transformation of the firm's incubation and investment portfolio operations. He currently serves as the executive responsible for Corporate Planning and Investor Relations, overseeing strategic planning, capital allocation, and shareholder engagement.

Before joining DI, he held positions at The Bank of Tokyo, Tokyo-Mitsubishi Securities, and Morgan Stanley Securities, where he gained extensive experience in project finance, M&A advisory, and equity capital markets.

Hidetaka earned bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tokyo and received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is a CFA charterholder and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
