By promoting the creation of an organization and environment where diverse human talent gathers and each employee can fully demonstrate their abilities, DI aims for individuals and the company to grow together and for sustainable improvement in corporate value.
Human talent development policy
-
DI works to develop human talent who embody its mission, vision, and values. DI respects employees who provide high added value to clients while taking on the challenge of self-transformation. DI provides opportunities for OJT, OFF-JT, training, and other development based on individual aptitudes and career aspirations, so that employees can continue taking on challenges themselves with high aspirations. DI enables diverse people to thrive regardless of gender, age, nationality, or other attributes, and develops them into “true business producers” who are “the First Choice of Challengers.”
Internal environment development policy
-
To achieve sustainable growth, DI positions human talent development and diversity, equity, and inclusion as important management measures. DI provides a wide range of opportunities for outstanding human talent with diverse backgrounds and values to thrive. DI works to create a rewarding workplace by developing an environment that maximizes the value created through employee collaboration and co-creation, revising development systems and programs, and promoting workstyles aligned with individual values and life plans.
To ensure diversity among core human talent, DI has set the following targets.
GOVERNANCE
Based on its corporate motto, DI aims to harmonize with all stakeholders, including clients, employees, shareholders, and society as a whole, through its business activities, and strives for sustainable medium- to long-term growth. To achieve this, we will establish and maintain a corporate governance structure that supports efficient and sound management and execution.
