Listing approval of DI’s investee Technoflex

Dream Incubator Inc. (hereafter “DI”) announces that its investee Technoflex Corporation (Taito-ku, Tokyo; Gaku Maejima, Representative Director & President) was approved for listing on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on November 7, 2019.

Founded in 1977, Technoflex supports society’s infrastructure as a supplier of pipe fittings used in various pipes.

DI holds 400,000 shares in Technoflex (shareholding ratio: 2.2%, based on the number of shares outstanding).

DI will continue to carry out incubation activities to invest in and foster innovative startups and growth companies.
