Dream Incubator Inc. (hereinafter, “DI”) hereby announces that its principal investee AnyMind Group Inc. (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Kosuke Sogo) obtained approval for the listing of its shares on the Mothers market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on February 22, 2022.
Founded in 2016, AnyMind Group operates 17 locations in 13 markets worldwide, and develops and offers a platform for providing comprehensive support for brands, from product planning and production to e-commerce system development and operation, marketing, and logistics operations.
DI owns 1,176,000 shares in AnyMind Group (shareholding ratio: 2.28%, based on the number of shares outstanding).
