Dream Incubator Inc. (hereafter “DI”) resolved at its Board of Directors’ meeting held on December 22, 2021 to select the Prime Market in the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE)’s new market segments scheduled to come into effect in April 2022. On the same day, DI submitted an application to select the Prime Market to the TSE.
Further, because DI had not met the criteria for listing on the Prime Market as of the base date for transition (June 30, 2021), it prepared a plan for compliance with the listing maintenance criteria of the new market segment.
