【DI Vietnam Director Kazuhiro Nakashoji spoke at the nation’s biggest impact investment event “TECHFEST”】

(headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and COO: Takayuki Miyake; hereinafter, “DI”) is pleased to announce that DI Manager (also DI Vietnam Director) Kazuhiro Nakashoji recently spoke at the “CONSULTING & CONNECTING INVESTMENT FOR IMPACT STARTUP CONFERENCE” held by the National Economics University (NEU) – one of Vietnam’s leading universities.

Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in developing countries will require the development of an impact investment and startup ecosystem. Given this, in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (hereinafter, “JICA”), DI has been exploring different options to build an impact investment ecosystem in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries. At the conference, DI has presented insight into the said subject with a presentation titled “How to be a Great Social Startup” showcasing our research findings found through real-life project implementations with JICA and the knowledge as an investor.
