Dream Incubator Inc. (“the Company”) hereby announces the resignation of an outside director of the Company effective October 3, 2021.

October 3, 2021 - Reason for resignation
Mr. Takashi Shimada was appointed executive secretary in charge of political affairs (national civil servant in the special service category) to the new Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in his Cabinet launched on October 4. Because Mr. Shimada is not allowed to hold any posts concurrently, he resigned from his post of outside director of the Company on October 3. - Other matters
Even after the resignation of Mr. Shimada, the Company still satisfies the number of directors stipulated by laws, regulations, and the Company’s Articles of Incorporation.
