Graduated from the Faculty of Letters at the University of Tokyo. Studied at Saint Petersburg State University (Russia) and earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Michigan (U.S.). After serving at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), joined Dream Incubator Inc. (DI).

At JBIC, engaged in infrastructure development financing for the former Soviet Union, sovereign debt restructuring negotiations with developing countries, and ODA policy reform initiatives.

At DI, has advised Japanese corporations on global growth strategies and execution, while also leading incubation and investment activities. During an assignment in Vietnam, successfully led the turnaround of a publicly listed portfolio company through a period of significant operational and financial challenges.

Currently leads Global Business Produce initiatives, supporting Japanese companies in addressing social challenges in developing countries through sustainable business, while also driving the strengthening of DI's corporate management infrastructure and organizational capabilities.
