Basic philosophy<\/h2>\n

Information assets, including customer information handled in the Company\u2019s business, are extremely important as a management foundation of the Company.
\nAll persons who handle information assets, including officers and employees, recognize the importance of protecting information assets from risks such as leakage, damage, and loss, comply with this policy, and carry out activities to maintain information security, including the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.<\/p>\n

Basic policy<\/h2>\n

To protect information assets, the Company formulates an information security policy and related regulations, conducts operations in accordance with them, and complies with laws, regulations, other norms related to information security, and contractual matters with customers.<\/p>\n

The Company clarifies standards for analyzing and evaluating risks to information assets, such as leakage, damage, and loss, establishes a systematic risk assessment method, and conducts risk assessments periodically. Based on the results, the Company implements necessary and appropriate security measures.<\/p>\n

The Company establishes an information security structure centered on the officer in charge and clarifies authority and responsibilities related to information security. In addition, the Company periodically conducts education, training, and awareness activities so that all personnel engaged in the Company\u2019s operations recognize the importance of information security and ensure the appropriate handling of information assets.<\/p>\n

The Company periodically inspects and audits the status of compliance with its information security policy and the handling of information assets, and promptly takes corrective measures for any deficiencies or items requiring improvement that are identified.<\/p>\n

The Company takes appropriate measures in response to information security events and incidents. The Company establishes response procedures in advance to minimize damage in the unlikely event that such events or incidents occur, responds promptly in an emergency, and takes appropriate corrective measures. In particular, for incidents that could involve business interruption, the Company ensures business continuity by establishing a management framework and reviewing it periodically.<\/p>\n
