(hereafter \u201cDI\u201d) hereby announces that its Board of Directors on May 29, 2020 resolved to (1) change its representative director; (2) partially revise the details of the appointment of directors to be discussed at its 20th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, described in the \u201cNotice regarding Appointment of Directors\u201d released on May 11, 2020; and (3) change the date of the 20th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders originally scheduled for June 15, 2020.<\/p>\n

The agenda to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders had to be adjusted to reflect the changes described above.<\/p>\n
