He has experience in J-REIT underwriting and sales. He also arranged numerous structured finance transactions, including real estate non-recourse finance.<\/li>\n<li>At MGPA, planned real estate business company investments for real estate funds. Established a new business investment department to consider investment projects.<\/li>\n<li>At RCGI, as Director, he launched and managed many SME revitalization funds, with total AUM exceeding \u00a550 billion. He formed funds with investment from public-private funds, major institutional investors, and regional financial institutions. In addition, in Iwate and Miyagi Prefectures, he launched public-private funds, known as Industrial Reconstruction Organizations, to support SMEs damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, and as chairman of the investment committee, he was involved in supporting more than 200 affected business operators.<\/li>\n<li>At DI, he is involved in &#8220;solving social issues x finance&#8221;. He has established and is currently managing a Social Impact Bond (SIB) fund.
